In my article about Pampering Ourselves I explain that pampering ourselves doesn’t mean going out and spending a fortune at the beauticians or a fancy spa. I offer a delicious foot soak you can make at home.
At the Healthy Living Lounge, Carole provides you with another pampering recipe that you can make at home. Her authentic chocolate facial does have a warning… Chocolate facials are addictive so administer wisely. One per week is the recommended dosage.
The Modern Goddess Magazine were celebrating the Goddess Within and to keep with the theme they thought a few Goddess Cocktails are in order. Their recipes are delicious.
The last thing for self nurturing is sit back and watch this beautiful Goddess Meditation by Rev. Laurie Sue Brockway and Self-Healing Expressions. The meditation features music by Laura Powers, the song is ‘Dance, ’till the Rain Begins’.
