The aim of Soul Coaching is to align your inner spiritual life with your outer life.  It helps you detox and declutter so you can hear the messages from within.  It also helps you to discover your purpose so you can design a life that supports that purpose.

The program is divided into four one-week periods with each week dedicated to one of the four elements - Air, Water, Fire and Earth.  The use of the individual elements to represent conditions of your life allows for a powerful integration to occur.

• Air - is associated with clearing mental debris (Days 1 - 7).
• Water - is associated with connecting to your emotional self (Days 8 - 14).
• Fire - is associated with clearing the shadows from your spiritual self (Days 15 - 14).
• Earth - is associated with strengthening your physical self (Days 22 - 28).

As you journey through each day I encourage you to use the suggested affirmation and complete a general activity as well as one, two or three other activities.

To ensure that you can fit the program into your life without worry or anxiety, the program is offered at three levels. You choose the level you wish to participate - some days you may choose level 1 and other days level 3. This is entirely up to you.

The time required for each level is as follows:-
• Level 1 - 5 to 15 minutes per day.
• Level 2 - includes activitives from Level 1 and usually takes 30 to 60 minutes per day.
• Level 3 - includes activites from Level 1 and 2 and usually takes as long as it takes.

Soul Coaching can take many forms, it is offered online however if you are based in Hong Kong, face-to-face coaching can be arranged.
